Thanks to the single minded focus of the people who support forced continuation of pregnancy and want to impose their beliefs on everyone else, we may lose the whole package of individual freedom, individual responsibility and less government involvement in our lives. Argue your case in churches and on billboards, don't turn us into a police state to enforce what you believe in.

Murder of wives is universally accepted as murder and in the rare instances it happens there is no question about enforcement. Killing of a fetus is not accepted as murder by a substantial proportion of society. If you want to enforce a law that says the women involved should be punished you cannot do it without turning to an unacceptable police state that no one would like to live under. So if you believe what you have written then your job is to convince others. Make your case. Not with jail sentences or murders or stoning or beheadings.

If you are relying on God as your guide recognize that billions do not accept your God or His condemnation. You might be able to convince them otherwise, but again not through turning to a police state that my God would find acceptable.

An abortion performed after 5th mes is really an intrauterine infanticide.

In El Salvador, women who kill their older than five months fetuses are jailed as murderers.
